Bartenders

SHOULD YOU: If gratuity is not included, then yes.

HOW MUCH: $20 - $25 Each

WHO SHOULD DELIVER IT: Bride, Groom, or Wedding Coordinator

WHEN SHOULD IT BE DELIVERED: At the end of the reception.




Make-Up & Hair

SHOULD YOU: Yes

HOW MUCH: 15 - 25%

WHO SHOULD DELIVER IT: Bride or Wedding Coordinator

WHEN SHOULD IT BE DELIVERED: After the service is given.



Musicians/DJ

SHOULD YOU: Optional

HOW MUCH: Singers - $25 - $75, Band Members - $5 - $10, DJ $25 - $75

WHO SHOULD DELIVER IT: Bride, Groom, or Wedding Coordinator

WHEN SHOULD IT BE DELIVERED: At the end of the reception.




Photographer and Videographer

SHOULD YOU: Not if he/she owns the business.

HOW MUCH: $50 - $100 or a personal gift

WHO SHOULD DELIVER IT: Bride, Groom, or Wedding Coordinator

WHEN SHOULD IT BE DELIVERED: At the end of the reception or when they leave.





Officiant

SHOULD YOU: No, but a donation is a nice gesture.

HOW MUCH: $50 - $200

WHO SHOULD DELIVER IT: Bride, Groom, or Wedding Coordinator

WHEN SHOULD IT BE DELIVERED: Rehearsal Dinner





Transportation

SHOULD YOU: If gratuity is not included, then yes.

HOW MUCH: 15 - 20%

WHEN SHOULD IT BE DELIVERED: When the driver picks you up, or after the last ride.




Catering Staff
