Holy moly guys! Our last wedding of the year was absolutely fabulous and gave me all the Christmas vibes. Even though rain was threatening on the horizon, Kayla and Peyton didn’t let the rain ruin their big day at The Hackney Warehouse!
I started the day with my team putting the final finishing touches on the winter wonderland themed wedding that Kayla had always dreamed of. With the lack of Christmas events we have had this year (thanks COVID!) we didn’t put up as many Christmas decorations as normal. So to finish off the outside decor, we put our signature wreaths on our big iron gates and plugged in all the beautiful Christmas lights outside.
My team also got to work finishing off the table settings on our banquet tables with a white napkin and a fresh sprig of rosemary from the courtyard while I tied the tags on the favors so the guests could “to have and to hold in case they get cold!”
Making the rain call is never easy, but Kayla took it like a champ when everything was moved inside in anticipation of the rain. Our indoor ceremony set-up is a favorite among brides and grooms alike as we strive to make their vision come to life. Obviously, the wedding turned out beautiful and we all got to celebrate in Kayla and Peyton’s love.
Obviously, they are seriously such an adorable couple! They have so much love for each other. Kayla was so happy to finally be getting married to the love of her life (and vice versa of course!). She couldn’t stop smiling! I am so happy they decided to get married this year. They have such a beautiful cuddly type of love and I know these two just couldn’t wait to finally be husband and wife!
One of the sweetest moments of the day was when Kayla made her way down the aisle. Peyton was brought to tears the moment he saw his beautiful future wife. (Can we just talk about how amazingly GORGEOUS Kayla is though???) I LOVED everything about this day!
Kayla and Peyton, I freakin’ love you guys and I cannot wait to see where this marriage journey takes you! Thank you for showing me what a joy a Christmas wedding can be! :)
